- But now that I’ve received no less than 100 emails this week from overseas secretaries who need my urgent reply in order for me to become a payment agent for their confidential client, I now see the logic in the [at][dot] thing.
- Is there a razor out there that doesn’t get dull after one or two uses? Please advise.
- How special do you feel that you knew me even before my neighborhood went all Hollywood?
- Yes, my street is famous. The Showtime series Brotherhood filmed some scenes at three different houses on my street this week… one right across the street from us.
- This was the view out my window from 5 AM to 7 PM on Wednesday:

- Of course, I only have basic cable, so I don’t even get Showtime. So one of Brotherhood’s stars could have been standing on my front lawn the whole time and I would have just thought he was part of craft services.
- Is there anyone more riveting to watch on TV than John Walsh?
- When I tell the “sandwich artists” at Subway that I just want turkey and lettuce on my sandwich, it’s like they don’t believe that I could order a sandwich without cheese.
- I wonder what Jared would think about that.
- And by the way, do we really need to call them artists?

regarding the razors… I started using the same razors my husband uses, I think it is Atra. It’s not the disposable kind, it’s the kind where you keep the same handle and buy new replacement blades. I guess that’s semi-disposable. Anyway, they are excellent and since I keep my razor in the shower I always had a problem with it rusting before I could use it twice. The Atra lasts a long time and its not dull after a few uses. It probably costs a little more but worth it. My husband won’t let me buy the store brand “compare to Atra” he says they are not as good. I think I’ve written enough about razors now.

Isn’t it cool to have a famous street??!! The show Rescue Me is filmed in my neighborhood, so the view out my window looks very similar to yours at times.
I use a men’s Gillette Mach 3 razor that holds up pretty well. Isn’t being a girl just grand? Constant shaving is my least favorite part of summer.

I’m with Seeking Solace on the Skintamate Shave Gel and like Kai, I use the Gillette Mach 3, which I LOVE! Shhhhhhhh…Don’t tell my Hubby I’ve been using his razor to shave my legs! LOL!

Ooooh, I’m so jealous! I don’t get Showtime either (I could if I paid for it, but I don’t want to pay for it), but if there were celebrities outside of my house I would totally freak!

Hmm… Currently I am using Skintimate shave gel and Schick Quattro for women. I am the world’s hairiest woman and get quite a few uses out of it. Good Luck on the razor quest!

I also find the whole *Subway* thing quite funny. I am trying to lose weight so always ask for NO cheese on my order. The look I get…they are horrified. Also I wish they would learn that no pickles or olives means that I do not want any of them let alone a double helping of both!
Maybe there is a whole other *Subway* language that I am just not aware of?

I get tons of those. I turned it into a ministry. I reply with an e-mail imploring them to seek God and leave behind their evil ways. I wonder if they even see them, but heck, at least I am doing something

Ok, I had to respond to the razor thing because I recently went on the same quest as you and found one that works wonders! It’s the Shick Quattro for Women. It is a little pricey, but I’ve been using it for over a week now and it’s still shaving smooth! And I shave pretty much all the hair on my body except for that on my head, so that means it’s DURABLE!
