• I used to make fun of people who did the whole name[at]blank[dot]com thing when listing their email address to “prevent spam.”
  • But now that I’ve received no less than 100 emails this week from overseas secretaries who need my urgent reply in order for me to become a payment agent for their confidential client, I now see the logic in the [at][dot] thing.

  • Yes, my street is famous. The Showtime series Brotherhood filmed some scenes at three different houses on my street this week… one right across the street from us.

  • Of course, I only have basic cable, so I don’t even get Showtime. So one of Brotherhood’s stars could have been standing on my front lawn the whole time and I would have just thought he was part of craft services.
  • Is there anyone more riveting to watch on TV than John Walsh?
  • When I tell the “sandwich artists” at Subway that I just want turkey and lettuce on my sandwich, it’s like they don’t believe that I could order a sandwich without cheese.
  • I wonder what Jared would think about that.
  • And by the way, do we really need to call them artists?
